How much do I need? 1 or 2?
Ear weights, tunnels, hangers, plugs and ear climbers are sold in pairs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is at the post office, you will receive a tracking number from us by email.
My package tracking isn't working, what can I do?
It will take approximately 1-2 business days for your tracking link to be generated.

Fees are usually included in the installment payment, so you don't have to pay them extra. However, it is important that you research the exact fees before using Klarna to ensure you have an overview of the costs.
Can I cancel Klarna at any time?
Yes, you can cancel Klarna at any time by contacting customer service and stating your wish. Note, however, that you must pay all outstanding installments in full before the cancellation takes effect.
Shipping information
We ship within Germany, to the EU and to Switzerland. As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping takes 2–5 business days. All packaging is made from recycled cardboard/plastic and is marked with an eco-label. The wood wool used to cushion the jewelry is made from renewable resources.

- We cannot say exactly how the costs charged by Swiss customs to the recipient are calculated – as the sender, we receive no information on this from DHL.
Customs duties outside the EU
Our company is based in Germany; customs fees may apply if you order from a non-EU country.
We have no control over border control authorities in any country and cannot interfere with their clearance processes. If customs requires information, documentation, or payment of duties/taxes, they will contact you directly to inform you and provide further instructions on how to arrange customs clearance. If you have not received any correspondence from customs, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Replacements
What can I do if I receive a broken or incorrect product?
It's incredibly important to us that you're happy with your jewelry, and we strive to deliver the best quality. However, if you receive a broken or incorrect item, we will, of course, send you a free replacement. If the item is no longer available, we will issue you a voucher. Please send an email to info@urbanbohocraft.com with your order number, your request, and photos/videos of the defect/incorrectly delivered product.
Can I exchange or return an item?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please send an email to support: info@urbanbohocraft.com
My jewelry is not perfectly symmetrical, is that a reason for return?
Please note that the jewelry is made manually by hand. The artists are not machines that can work with millimeter precision, which means that the products can vary slightly from one another. However, this also allows you to have your truly unique piece of jewelry, made with love by hand. Small deviations and asymmetries are not a reason for return. However, if you find a serious defect, contact us.
