We ship within Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
As soon as your parcel is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping takes 2 - 5 working days. All packaging is made of recycled cardboard / plastic, which is marked with an environmental logo. The wood wool that buffers the jewelry consists of renewable raw materials.

6.60 EUR per order From an order value of 80.00 EUR we deliver free of charge with DHL.
Deliveries to Switzerland:

We ship to Switzerland free of charge and duty unpaid. The recipient pays the import sales tax and any applicable customs duties. We use “jewelry” as a reference.
We cannot say exactly how the costs that Swiss customs levy on the recipient will be calculated - we as the sender do not receive any information from DHL on this.
What should I do if I receive a broken or incorrect product?
It is very important to us that you are happy with your jewelry and we strive to deliver the best quality to you. However, if you received a broken or incorrect item, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge. If this article is no longer available, we will issue you a voucher. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, your request, pictures / video of the defect / incorrectly delivered products.
Can I exchange or return the item?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please send an email to support:firstname.lastname@example.org
My jewelry is not perfectly symmetrical, is that a reason for return?
Please note that the jewelry is made by hand. The artists are not machines that can work with millimeter precision, which means that the products can differ slightly from each other. However, this also enables you to have your truly unique piece of jewelry, handmade with love. Small deviations and asymmetries are not a reason for return. However, if you discover a serious deficiency, please contact us.
What amount do I need, 1 or 2?
Most earrings come as a pair. The septum / helix piercings are sold individually if you need a pair. 2. Ear weights, tunnels, hangers, nipple piercings, plugs and ear climbers are sold as a pair.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is in the post, you will receive a tracking number from us by email.
My parcel tracking is not working, what can I do?
It takes about 1-2 working days for your tracking link to be generated.

Can I buy a single item from a pair of products?
Unfortunately no, we do not sell individual parts for products that are labeled as a pair.
How do I treat / care for my jewelry after receiving it?
Avoid wearing your jewelry when you sleep, as it is exposed to sweat and friction at night. It should not come into contact with lotion, perfume or water. Store your jewelry in a soft cloth so that it is protected from abrasion.
Can I also wear the septum rings in my ear?
Yes, the septum rings can also be worn in your ears if the jewelry is the right size for your individual piercing hole. Each nose and ear is individually pierced and therefore everyone needs a different jewelry size. Compare your measurements with the measurements in the product description to make sure that the piercing will fit you.
Allergic reactions are very rare, but they do exist! Some people have very sensitive skin and can react to certain products. It is your responsibility to find out beforehand whether you might be allergic to it. In the product description you can find more detailed information about the materials that were used.
