We ship within Germany, the EU and Switzerland.
As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. All packaging is made from recycled cardboard/plastic and is marked with an environmental logo. The wood wool that buffers the jewelry consists of renewable raw materials.

Within Germany with climate-neutral shipping:
2.80 EUR per order, free shipping from 30 EUR

Deliveries to the EU:
EUR 6.05 per order
From an order value of EUR 80.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to Switzerland:
EUR 7.35 per order
From an order value of EUR 80.00 we deliver free of charge.

We ship to Switzerland free of charge and duty unpaid. The recipient pays the import sales tax and any applicable customs duties. As a reference, we give "jewellery".

We cannot say exactly how the costs charged by Swiss customs to the recipient are calculated from this - as the sender, we do not receive any information from DHL on this.

What if I receive a broken or wrong product?
It is very important to us that you are happy with your jewelery and we try very hard to provide you with the best quality. However, if you have received a broken or wrong item, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge. If this item is no longer available, we will issue you a voucher. Please send an email to info@urbanbohocraft.com with your order number, your concern, pictures / video of the defect / wrongly delivered products.

Can I exchange or return the item?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please send an email to support: info@urbanbohocraft.com

My jewelry is not perfectly symmetrical, is that a reason for return?
Please note that the jewelry is made manually by hand. The artists are not machines that can work with millimeter precision, which means that the products can vary slightly from one another. However, this also allows you to have your truly unique piece of jewelry, made with love by hand. Small deviations and asymmetries are not a reason for return. However, if you find a serious defect, contact us.

How much do I need, 1 or 2 ?
The septum / helix piercings are sold individually, if you need a pair order two.
Ear weights, tunnels, hangers, plugs and ear climbers are sold in pairs.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is at the post office, you will receive a tracking number from us by email.

My parcel tracking is not working, what can I do?
It will take approximately 1-2 business days for your tracking link to be generated.

What kind of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, EPS, Klarna invoice and instant transfer

Klarna
With this payment, you only have to pay when the goods have arrived. An advance payment is therefore not necessary, you pay on account and have about 14 days after the arrival of the goods to pay the invoice to Klarna. In this case, the payment goes directly to Klarna and not to us. Klarna pays us immediately when you place your order and invoices you for the amount. Our online shop Urban Boho Craft assigns the claim to Klarna Bank. Klarna sends you a payment order and you pay your order directly to Klarna. costs and fees
Klarna charges an invoice fee of €0 per purchase.

Important:
If you are in default of payment, Klarna can demand compensation for the resulting damage in the amount of a flat rate of €1.85 for each reminder. You are free to prove that Klarna has suffered no or only minor damage.

Can I buy a single piece of products sold as a pair?
Unfortunately no, we do not sell individual items on products marked as a pair.

How do I treat/care for my jewelry after receiving it?
Try not to wear your jewelry while you sleep, as it is exposed to sweat and friction at night. It should not come into contact with lotion, perfume or water. Store your jewelry in a soft cloth to protect it from abrasion.

Can I also wear the septum rings in my ears?
Yes, the septum rings can also be worn in your ears if the jewelry is the right size for your individual piercing hole. Each nose and ear is pierced individually and therefore each needs a different jewelry size. Compare your measurements to the measurements in the product description to make sure the piercing will fit you.

Allergic reactions are very rare, but they do exist! Some people have very sensitive skin and may react to some products. It is your responsibility to find out in advance whether you could possibly have an allergic reaction. In the product description you will find more detailed information about the materials that were used. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
