My jewelry is not perfectly symmetrical, is that a reason for return?
Please note that the jewelry is made manually by hand. The artists are not machines that can work with millimeter precision, which means that the products can vary slightly from one another. However, this also allows you to have your truly unique piece of jewelry, made with love by hand. Small deviations and asymmetries are not a reason for return. However, if you find a serious defect, contact us.

How much do I need, 1 or 2 ?
The septum / helix piercings are sold individually, if you need a pair order two.
Ear weights, tunnels, hangers, plugs and ear climbers are sold in pairs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is at the post office, you will receive a tracking number from us by email.

As soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. All packaging is made from recycled cardboard/plastic and is marked with an environmental logo. The wood wool that buffers the jewelry consists of renewable raw materials.
